Prices listed are per week and for the 2010 period.
- Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
- Please contact the owner for special prices for rental longer than two weeks.
- Should you wish to travel less than four weeks before your planned departure a late deal discount may be available.
- Changeover days are flexible.
- Linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
- Guests staying for one week will have one mid-week clean. Guests staying for two weeks will also have an end of first week clean and one linen change. Additional linen requirements can obtain on-site at an additional change.
- The prices per apartment per week are below. Should both apartments be rented together a discount would apply.

Please advise the on-site staff of any breakages or replace them yourselves so that they are available for the next visitors. Could you also replace any consumables used during the stay such a washing-up liquid.
Sorry no pets are allowed although there is an on site cat and tortoise. Guests are asked to supply there own beach towels. Smoking is permitted although we would ask if possible you could smoke on the terrace.
As Turkey is not part of the E.U. it is not possible for us to get public liability insurance please therefore ensure that you have your own insurance as we have to disclaim in the event of any personal accident claims.
The pool and bar are open 1st May - 31st October. We have an on site manager who speaks English and will help with any problems, and night and day security who will always help with luggage.
A deposit of £50 per week is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Further Details of Cancellation Charges.
Our cancellation charges are:
More than 8 weeks prior to departure - no additional charge.
4 to 8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge.
2 to 4 weeks prior to departure - 75% of total rental charge.
- Less than 2 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge.
